Dave Bisbee likes to tell the voters of Benton County that he is a conservative. Sadly, Senator Bisbee’s record indicates something else entirely. Dave Bisbee is a big government tax and spend liberal. He is probably the most fiscally liberal member of the Arkansas State Senate. Dave Bisbee never met a tax he didn’t want to increase.
